The Trikke Bike is a serious exercise machine indeed.It is always a good idea to stretch before starting any workout routine and the trikke is no different.But the great thing is you can use the trikke to stretch out those tight muscles , just put one foot on the trikke foot hold and slowly and easily roll the trike forward lean out and perform an easy stretch.
